FAQ

  • Do you ship abroad?
    Yes, good news! We are happy to ship worldwide but postage costs will vary so please contact us for a quote.
  • What happens if I change my mind?
    If you have placed an order and we haven’t dispatched your pot then just contact us at queensofgreendesign@gmail.com and we will be happy to help you cancel your order and refund your payment. Unfortunately if your pot is already on the way to you we cannot cancel your order.
  • My pot isn’t how I thought it would be.
    We really want you to be happy with your pot so if for any reason you aren’t happy then please do get in touch at queensofgreendesign@gmail.com. Unfortunately, we cannot always offer refunds if your pot hasn’t been damaged in transit so we do advise you look at the photographs and description carefully before placing an order. We are more than happy to provide more photographs and measurements if you get in touch.
  • Are the pots new?
    No! All our pots have led long and happy lives before reaching you so you can expect a degree of wear and tear – we try to show and note any imperfections in the photographs and the description.
  • What happens if my pot arrives damaged?
    Don’t worry, if for any reason your pot is damaged in transit we are more than happy to refund you providing the pot is returned to us in the same condition it was delivered in. It is important that you contact us within three days of the delivery date and send it back in its entirety within thirty days. We will refund you as soon as we have received the pot back and within five days of it having been returned.
  • How will I know if a pot will fit my plant?
    We are happy to provide measurements of the internal rim width and depth. You may have to repot your plant to get it to fit... or use it as the perfect excuse to buy new plant!
  • Do you sell plants?
    Sadly not, although if you are local to us then please do get in touch as we may be able to help you. We are also always happy to advise on the right plant for your pot!
  • I’d love to add more houseplants to my home or office, can you help?"
    We most certainly can! Please get in touch for a bespoke consultation where we can help you with choosing the best plants and pots for your décor. We're happy to provide advice on plants that are compatible with existing decor, air purifying, non-toxic to certain pets, or simply easier to care for (and even ones that thrive on neglect).
  • I have an event I'd like to get some pots and plants for - can you help?
    Great news! We can help with pots and plants for all sorts of events and celebrations - whether your dream wedding, corporate launch event, filming or private party . You can hire pots and plants from our existing stock for your event or we can even help source something special!
  • Can you find a pot for me?
    Yes definitely! This is one of the most common things we do. We love sourcing pots for people - whether private individuals who want expert advice to plant-style their home or companies looking for something a bit different to help their brand stand out from the crowd. Just get in touch and let us know what you’re looking for.
