By visiting our vintage plant pots and vases shop, buying our plant pots, vases or plant furniture or using our plant pot sourcing or styling services you are trusting us with your information and we take protecting your personal information and your right to privacy very seriously. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

Queens of Green Design collect any personal information that you provide to us. This includes information that you may provide to us when you register on our website, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and services or otherwise contact us.

It can include the following:  Publicly Available Personal Information (such as first name, last name, email addresses, phone numbers, current and former addresses and all similar data), Payment Information.

This information doesn’t reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact details) but it may include device and usage information such as what phone or tablet you are using to browse our website, your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our website and other technical information. This information is primarily needed and used to maintain the security and operation of our website as well as for our internal analytics and reporting purposes. WILL YOUR INFORMATION BE SHARED WITH ANYONE?

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

We keep your information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy unless otherwise required to by law - for example if there were tax, accounting or other legal requirements that would permit us to keep your information for longer. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your information we will either delete it or anonymise it or if this is not possible we will store it securely until deletion is possible.

HOW WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE

We take the security of your information seriously and have implemented appropriate technological and organisational security measures to keep the information we process safe however we cannot guarantee the security of the internet and although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information is at your own risk. Remember you should only access our services within a secure environment. 

 

DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM CHILDREN (THOSE UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE)?

We do not knowingly collect or process information from those under 18 or market our products and services to those under 18. By using  our website and or services  you are representing that you are at least 18 years of age or that you are the parent or guardian of a minor and you are giving permission for the minor you are responsible for to use our website and services. If we become aware that information from anyone under 18 years of age has been collected, we will take reasonable measures to delete the information from our records. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?

Most web browsers and some operating systems and mobile applications include a ‘DNT’ Do Not Track feature or activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognising and implementing DNT signals has been finalised. As such we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanisms.
