HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your information we will either delete it or anonymise it or if this is not possible we will store it securely until deletion is possible.

We take the security of your information seriously and have implemented appropriate technological and organisational security measures to keep the information we process safe however we cannot guarantee the security of the internet and although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information is at your own risk. Remember you should only access our services within a secure environment.
DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM CHILDREN (THOSE UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE)?

We do not knowingly collect or process information from those under 18 or market our products and services to those under 18. By using our website and or services you are representing that you are at least 18 years of age or that you are the parent or guardian of a minor and you are giving permission for the minor you are responsible for to use our website and services. If we become aware that information from anyone under 18 years of age has been collected, we will take reasonable measures to delete the information from our records. Most web browsers and some operating systems and mobile applications include a ‘DNT’ Do Not Track feature or activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognising and implementing DNT signals has been finalised. As such we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanisms.
