TIPS
1
USE S-HOOKS ON PICTURE RAILS
If you live in a period home with picture rails - you can use the same S-hooks for hanging pictures, to hang planters, turning them into their own little works of art!
2
HANG PLANTS ON COAT HOOKS
Try hanging plants from coat hooks, hat stands and on the backs of doors to help add greenery to hallways and entrances. Great for rentals when you don't want to damage the walls or ceilings.
3
USE A WALL PLANTER OR INDOOR TRELLIS
Put up some wall planters - they come in a variety of styles from metal to woven baskets to ceramic art deco or kitsch - and trail plants down from it. You can even erect an indoor trellis to climb plants up the wall. They come in a range of sizes and styles to suit any interior.

4
PUT A HANGING HOOK INTO THE CEILING
With a bit of DIY skills, you can screw a hook for plant hangers into the ceiling - taking care to drill into a joist or use a hook with 'wings' to secure it into the ceiling. Always check the weight of the hanger (with a watered plant in it) is suitable for the hook used.
5
INSTALL A HANGING SHELF OR LADDER
For a greater wow effect install a hanging shelf or ladder to hang groups of plants from. These look great over baths, dining tables or breakfast bars. You can use a ladder, a modern hanging shelf or even a large branch from which to hang your plant collection.
